Our pride and joy right now is our Well Data Management solution built within the Quickbase framework. This application houses all of your central well data like locations, APIs, county, etc. It also tracks and generates daily reports, workover reports, vehicle and mileage reports, surface chemical usage, daily drilling, partner reporting, vendor management etc.

We also have developed a pumper application (and various other applications) within the Microsoft Power Apps framework.

If you're looking for a full service outsourced accounting partner to handle every aspect of your accounting department, and sprinkle in a healthy dose of data and analytics, we are here for you. Pricing for new clients starts at $65 per well per month with a $2,000 minimum. We handle everything. Keeping the books, cutting checks to vendors, distributing revenue, mailing JIBs, preparing financial statements. Everything.

Our founder, Jeff Hughes, has hands-on experience in both the financial and accounting aspects of the oil and gas industry, as well as a deep dive into the engineering side. He's even worn the hat of an IT director, overseeing operations right from the initial acquisition to building an entire data and tech setup from scratch.
